1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using zovora.ai ("the Platform"), operated by Zovora AI Solutions ("Zovora", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. The Marketplace
Zovora is a factory-to-consumer marketplace connecting Indian producers with consumers. We are a platform facilitator — products are sold by independent producers ("Sellers") who are responsible for product quality, descriptions, and fulfillment. Zovora provides the technology platform, AI-powered tools, payment processing, and logistics coordination.
3. Buyer Terms
As a buyer, you agree to provide accurate delivery information, make payments through our secure Razorpay integration, and communicate any issues through our platform. All purchases are subject to product availability. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Seller Terms
Sellers must complete KYC verification including GSTIN, PAN, and bank account validation. Sellers agree to maintain accurate product listings, fulfill orders within stated timelines, and comply with all applicable Indian laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Zovora charges a commission of 8% per transaction. Payouts are processed within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
5. Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the listing. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of return approval. Certain categories (perishables, intimate wear, customized items) may have different return policies as specified on the product listing.
6. AI-Powered Features
Zovora uses AI for product recommendations, dynamic pricing, automated product listing generation, and customer service. AI-generated content is clearly labeled where applicable. Per our ISO 42001 compliance framework, we maintain human oversight of AI systems and provide transparency about automated decision-making.
7. Intellectual Property
All Zovora branding, technology, and AI systems are our intellectual property. Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Zovora a license to display them on the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zovora acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for product quality issues, delivery delays caused by logistics partners, or disputes between buyers and sellers, though we actively mediate such disputes. Our total liability is limited to the transaction value of the disputed order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
