When you use Zovora, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment details. We also collect usage data such as browsing patterns, device information, and IP address to improve our service and power our AI recommendation engine.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process orders and payments via Razorpay, deliver products through our logistics partners (Shiprocket), provide customer support, personalize your shopping experience using AI-powered recommendations, and send order updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. AI & Data Processing
Zovora uses artificial intelligence for product recommendations, dynamic pricing, and search optimization. These systems process anonymized behavioral data. Per ISO 42001 standards, we maintain transparency about AI decision-making and provide users the ability to opt out of personalized recommendations.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We use Supabase for secure authentication and data storage. Seller KYC documents are encrypted and access-controlled.
5. Third-Party Services
We share necessary data with: Razorpay (payments), Shiprocket (delivery), Firebase (authentication), and Supabase (database). Each partner is bound by data processing agreements that comply with applicable Indian data protection laws.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@zovora.ai. You can also delete your account through your profile settings. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
